1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Every purchase — certification programmes, company seats and trade certificate verification — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. Certification programmes

• 30 days to change your mind: request a full refund within 30 days of payment, whether or not you have opened the material.
• Failing the final exam: the three attempts are included in the fee. Outside the 30-day window a re-enrolment is offered at 50% of the list price.
• Duplicate payments: refunded in full automatically once identified, or within 5 working days of you telling us.
• Technical faults on our side: if a fault prevents you from completing a paid programme and we cannot fix it within 10 working days, you receive a full refund at any time.

3. Trade certificate verification

The verification fee pays for the assessment work carried out by our verification desk: document review, contact with issuing bodies and the recording of a decision. That work is performed whether the outcome is positive or negative — but the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to the fee.

• You may request a full refund of the verification fee within 30 days of your order date, including where the decision is negative.
• If we are unable to begin an assessment at all — for example because the service is unavailable in your country of issue — we refund the fee in full before any work starts.
• Requests that we cannot process because the uploaded files are unreadable will be returned to you once, free of charge, to re-upload within 14 days.

4. Company and team bookings

• Seats that have not been assigned to an employee can be refunded or transferred to another course for 12 months after booking.
• Assigned seats follow the individual course rules above.
• Invoiced bookings are refunded by credit note or bank transfer to the paying company.

5. Promotional codes

Where a promotional code reduced the price, only the amount actually paid is refundable. Codes themselves have no cash value and are not reissued after a refund.

6. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order reference or the email address used at checkout. You can also contact us through the enquiry form (topic: "Payments & refunds") and we will arrange it with Paddle.
